The 2 in 1 cross trainer and exercise bike is an excellent machine at such a great price little tricky putting together but that is to be expected when putting together any exercise machine. The bike itself was delivered a day before expected time which was great and dispatch was fast I set the machine up in under an hour a little longer than expected because the rod that goes through both the rides for the peddles at the top was quite tricky to get through. I recommend also using a hammer to ease the process when the rod gets stuck and it is too hard to manually adjust with the allen keys. Already ridden 18 kilometres in under an hour I am very pleased it is excellent to be able to watch how many kms you ride and calories you burn as it is great incentive to reach higher numbers
