  Decided that I needed some fitness equipment for home getting to the gym was proving difficult with work etc. Searched net and found this decided good to get. Great price and reasonably easy to put together - even for me. Had small amount of difficulty but overcame this. This now means I hopefully can drop the next five kgs keep my fitness and strength up. There is no excuse now to do 30 mins or more of exercise per day dont have to go out in hot cold or wet weather. Highly recommend for others. Thank you.   The 2 in 1 cross trainer and exercise bike is an excellent machine at such a great price little tricky putting together but that is to be expected when putting together any exercise machine. The bike itself was delivered a day before expected time which was great and dispatch was fast I set the machine up in under an hour a little longer than expected because the rod that goes through both the rides for the peddles at the top was quite tricky to get through. I recommend also using a hammer to ease the process when the rod gets stuck and it is too hard to manually adjust with the allen keys. Already ridden 18 kilometres in under an hour I am very pleased it is excellent to be able to watch how many kms you ride and calories you burn as it is great incentive to reach higher numbers

  Great Customer service and quick delivery on item and item was as described. I can say I will use them again and recommend them to whoever wants to purchase products from them.
