  This product is amazing. Worked instantly. Not only did I not use the extra shock probes provided I actually put tape over the existing terminals so he only has the tone component working. My neighbour recently got a new dog and it got to the point where I couldnt even let mine out the back because he would run straight to the back fence and bark uncontrollably lucky we have a fully fenced front yard as well but still this morning I put the collar on him and have left the back door open for him to run in and out as he pleases. He will run out bark once or twice and come back inside.Im not sure what a previous reviewer meant by they couldnt understand the instructions. You just put the battery in which was provided even though the listing said not included and off you go

  The product itself is reasonable and worked after a couple of barks from my dog and gave a small shock. The instructions were appalling. I could not understand how to assemble the product and had to give it to an engineer friend to assemble. Product needs simple instructions and also pictures to understand how to assemble it. I am still trialling this product. Did have a citronella collar which was more effective but far more expensive and have to use citronella spray and change batteries regularly.
