  Was concerned when I read some previous reviews but must admit I had no problem at all. Delivery was in a timely manner and the product was exactly as described. All of the visitors to my house also like it. Very relaxing and with the heating feature great for lower back pain. Highly recommend

  As described good price However delayed shipment... bought 17 received early August... communication with seller was great however Communication from shipment company non-existent...
