First time i shopped with them....bought electric reclining lift chair...first let me tell you i had an issue with delivery ...pakage came in 2 boxes and 1 of the boxes came 9 days after order which was pretty good considering it was shipped from melbourne to the gold coast but the 2nd box came 20 days after order.....have to admit but it was not Crazysales fault item got lost in melborne through shipping company Toll.....but i have patience so was not an issue....as for the product arrived in good condition was easy to assemble considering the lack of detailed instructions....i bought it for my father and so far he loves it...he is about 90 kilos and 5 10 height and says it is very comfortable ..So i do recommend buying through Crazysales if you are thinking about it
