I bought this massage chair for my wife because after shoulderneck dissection surgery a year ago she is in constant pain after they had to remove a bit of the nerve and she has limited use of her arm. Using this chair has made life a little easier for her now gives a bit of relief for a while after use. The neck massages are great All it needs now is an arm that comes around and does from her ear down across her shoulder down her arm and into her armpit the other areas affected by having the second or third largest nerve in the body butchered.
