  I bought this item in addition to the Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper Underlay Bamboo Cover 10cm. After having surgery I was confined to bed which was becoming very uncomfortable. Once the Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper and the Bamboo Pillowtop Mattress Topper 5cm were on my bed it was sleeping on cloud. No more sore back I love that it is fitted so it stays in place and I found that my regular sized fitted bottom sheet fit over my spring mattress and the 2 toppers fine. Couldnt sleep without it now.
