Pretty good value for a start up punching bag if you dont want to go overboard in the first instance. Easy to set up and looks sturdy enough. Pretty happy with it although just had to chase up delivery which was a little inaccurate although this can be attributed to the transport company not CrazySales. All in all pretty happy
